Follow My Instructions.

1: Fill out the 'free consultation' questionnaire. Your application will be reviewed within 2-10 days,

2: Text or FL messages only, Negotiations are always in writing. I'll message you to confirm that you submitted the application yourself.

3: A one-time 50 dollar tribute is due via paypal. (This tells me that you're interested in a session and not just wasting my time - be sure.)

4: Detailed negotiations of your session begin, I will have a lot of questions regarding your wants/needs.​​

*Negotiations include:  Session Priorities/Duration/Time/Month/Previous Experience/Gear/Toys/Clothing/Session Price/How to present yourself for service/Where to park... Negotiation write-ups also include a list of items based on your interests that may or may not be included in a session, this list is negotiable! A total balance owing will be given with a dead-line of when it's due.

After that is accepted you will receive the address and details via text. If you exceed the deadline, your session is canceled.

If this is your first time coming to see me, you will send a recent face picture as well as a clothed-body picture – these will never be shared.

*Aftercare is included in sessions. Bottled water & blanket are offered. (5-15 minutes so you can readjust to the real-world before leaving.)

​

*For multi-day/over-night sessions, a suitcase & carry-on may be stored safely here for the duration of your session.

*Food (negotiated) is included in multi-day sessions, as well as personal hygiene time.

Rescheduling/Not Showing Up/Tardiness:

​*Failure To Arrive for a scheduled session will automatically absorb the payment for prep & time.

(The door locks 15 minutes after your session was scheduled to begin.)  Note: A 15 minute grace-period is given for unexpected life events.

If travelling here, make sure you arrive the day before to give yourself some time to relax and to make sure you are on time!​ Tardiness comes out of your time (15 minutes late for an hour session leaves you with 45 minutes).

*A minimum of 4 hours notice to reschedule the original session. (Your cancellation text will have a time stamp)  There is a rebooking fee of $50.

​*A new date needs to be agreed upon within one week of the original session,

Note: After 7 days pass without rescheduling and/or no fee, your payment will be absorbed. This is your responsibility.

(There is no limit to how many times you need to reschedule a session, but there is a rebooking fee.)

*The new session needs to be within three months of the original session (I won't hold onto your payment indefinitely). Eg: If your original Session was June 15, the rescheduling would expire September 15.​

​

*No refunds for sessions that you cannot finish. (You can end the session whenever you desire by using your safe-word "Red")

 

*Rates can vary depending on what is involved in your session. (Extra people, Special requests for new toys, etc)

*I do have an established profile on Fetlife.com as well. free to follow me and/or send a short, respectful message. (Keep in mind, time is money - if you want to chat I'll be happy to accept messages and do Q&A, but a paypal tribute needs to accompany this.) Aside from this I don't have time for any other social media. I do not accept sessions outside of the application, there are no short-cuts.

*I am generally booked 2-3 weeks in advance. I DO NOT accept last-minute sessions: 3 days minimum notice is required.

If you're in my area occasionally with little notice and are looking for a session, floating sessions are a good option. For 100 (instead of the 50), this means we can negotiate a session for you without a date. This can be reviewed when we agree on a time/date for your session. (Pre-negotiated sessions expire in one year as preferences and limitations can change).

*Be punctual! Tardiness is disrespectful.

*Negotiations do not happen during a session, but you may ask for: "Harder please" etc.,

*No smoking on the property,

*Cell phones must be turned off before you enter the building,

*Negotiations are never done in a session (you can not consent properly).

Dungeon Expectations:

*You must clean and punctual. (If you are traveling, I recommend using wet-wipes to freshen up before you arrive),

*No drugs or alcohol in your system. If you are intoxicated, you will be asked to leave. Zero tolerance!

*All gear brought by you needs to be in impeccable condition & clean, 

*Please be considerate & wear a deodorant/antiperspirant or something similar,

*Pubic hair must be at least trimmed (especially if toys are involved),

*Long hair must be braided or tied back,

*Self-Care as far as appropriate hydration and meals (Do not eat a big meal an hour before you show up, you will likely feel sick.)

*Avoid energy drinks the day of your session (Submission is to relax, you can't relax if you're shaking from stimulants),

*Outdoor clothing (coats) & footwear are to be removed at the door upon entry.

If I have told you that I am not the right dominant for you, RESPECT THIS and find someone who is able to give you a fulfilling session. If we are not BDSM compatible I will not accept your money. Tantrums & other immaturity will get you blacklisted.

*There is no public washroom on the premises for short-term sessions (Less than 3 hours), but if you need to pee - you will be offered a bucket to sit on and pee in for humiliation. You've been warned. ;)

*Respect and care will be taken with your possessions, but I am not responsible for replacing or financially compensating for anything lost or any damage to gear or possessions in which you bring onto my property/into my space. Jewelry is safe at home, in a bag in a jacket, or street clothes pocket. ​
