1: Fill out the questionnaire. (Free & No obligation) It will be reviewed within 2 weeks,

2: Text or FL messages only, (Negotiations are always in writing). I'll contact you to confirm it's you. If I feel like I can provide you with the service(s) you're seeking then I'll ask for a tribute (if it hasn't been sent already).

3: A one-time 50 dollar tribute is due via paypal. (This shows you're invested in a session & it pays for my time & attention for negotiations/write-up. There is no obligation to follow-through with a session and no fees if this is enough for you.)

4: Detailed negotiations: I will have many questions regarding your wants/needs. Please be as open & realistic as possible in regards to communicating, the more details I know the more I can customize a session for you.​​

5: Once a time/date is agreed upon & the details are ironed out, your payment & photos will be due. Once those are received, you will receive the location details and photos. (Do NOT send me nudes, I'm not interested. Clothed photos: one body photo & one face photo)

Rescheduling/Not Showing Up/Tardiness:

​*Failure To Arrive for a scheduled session will automatically absorb the payment for prep & time. No refunds for not showing up or texting notifying that you will be late.

(The door locks 10 minutes after your session was scheduled to begin.)  Note: A 10 minute grace-period is given for unexpected life events.

If travelling here, make sure you arrive the day before to give yourself some time to relax and to make sure you are on time!​

Rebooking a session:

*A minimum of 4 hours notice to reschedule the original session. (Your cancellation text will have a time stamp)  There is a rebooking fee of $50.

​*If I do not hear from you within the next week to reschedule, it will be considered a floating session and expire in 1 years time. Upon that time, your information will be deleted. You're welcome to fill out the questionnaire at any point again when you are ready.​

*Floating Sessions: I am generally booked weeks in advance. If you're going to be in my area but not sure when and are looking for a session, floating sessions are a good option. For 100 (instead of the 50), this means we can negotiate a session for you without a date. This can be reviewed when we agree on a time/date for your session. (Pre-negotiated sessions expire in one year as preferences as limitations can change).

*No refunds for sessions that you cannot finish. (You can end the session whenever you desire by using your safe-word "Red": it's not 'giving up' or weakness, it's responsible play for ending the session if you don't want to experience anything longer. This is fairly common in impact sessions.)

*In the unlikely event which I require rescheduling your session, your session can be rescheduled (no fees), or a refund can be issued.

Q/A: "What if I want to experience something with something that isn't in your space?"

*If I don't have an object in my space that you want included in your session that we agree would be a great addition to your session, you are free to purchase said object for the dungeon and receive a certain free amount of time added onto your session, or a session discount. Funds can also be sent to purchase the item you want.

For multi-day or over-night sessions:

*Your suitcase & carry-on may be stored safely here for the duration of your session.

*Regular dungeon hours/days do not apply, this is negotiated to what works best for both of us.

*Food (negotiated) is included in multi-day sessions, as well as personal hygiene time. 

*Non-wifi live cameras with audio and monitors are used in all longer bondage sessions (you are never left unsupervised if I leave the room)

Expectations:

*You must clean and punctual. (If you are traveling, I recommend using wet-wipes to freshen up before you arrive),

*No drugs or alcohol in your system. If you are intoxicated, you will be asked to leave. Zero tolerance!

*All gear brought by you needs to be in impeccable condition & clean, 

*Please be considerate & wear a deodorant/antiperspirant or something similar,

*Pubic hair must be at least trimmed (especially if toys are involved),

*Long hair must be tied back,

*Self-Care as far as appropriate hydration and meals (Do not eat a big meal an hour before you show up, you will likely feel sick.)

*Avoid energy drinks the day of your session (Submission is to relax, you can't relax if you're shaking from stimulants),

*Outdoor clothing (coats) & footwear are to be removed at the door upon entry.

If I have told you that I am not the right dominant for you, RESPECT THIS and find someone who is able to give you a fulfilling session. If we are not BDSM compatible I will not accept your money (offering me more money will not change my mind.) Tantrums & other immaturity will get you blacklisted.

There is no public washroom on the premises for short-term sessions (Less than 3 hours), There are facilities just down the street.

Respect & care will be taken with your possessions, but I am not responsible for replacing or financially compensating for anything lost or any damage to gear or possessions in which you bring onto my property/into my space. Jewelry is safe at home, in a bag in a jacket, or street clothes pocket. ​
